mopar1rules Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 does anyone know of the link that used to be on here, to some dyno sheets of like 5 banshee pipes that were dyno tested? i'm looking for the max rpms and max hp figures of my fatty pipes and the power curve. also what ever other dyno sheets that i can find to compare power curves etc to. i tried searching, but found nothing, even after 1hr of searching. mopar1rules Posted April 3, 2009 Author Report Posted April 3, 2009 someone has to know the peak hp rpm of a shee w/fattys. what is the peak of a stock shee? Quote
mopar1rules Posted April 3, 2009 Author Report Posted April 3, 2009 called fmf today, and the guy on the phone didn't know and said that they can't provide any info. what a joke? Quote

mopar1rules Posted April 4, 2009 Author Report Posted April 4, 2009 i've got to be the worst searcher ever. i seriously spent 3hrs searching on google and found nothing. snope, you make it look too easy....LOL. thanks snope and thanks moneybags. Quote
mopar1rules Posted April 4, 2009 Author Report Posted April 4, 2009 Your not big on Google are you? i wouldn't have guessed that the sst pipes would have peaked higher than the fattys. snope, what do you think the peak hp rpms are of the ssts and fattys? i see your chart has hp and mph, instead of hp and rpm. 2003LimitedBanshee Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 I am certainly no expert, but I am going to guess around 8400-8600? It seemed to me that the SST is about the closest thing to T5's that FMF does, but it always seemed they came on and peaked out a little earlier. So, that's my un-dynoed, untried best guess. From my somewhat limited knowledge of FMF pipes, it does seem to me to make sense though that the SST's peaked higher than the Fatty's. If we had a torque curve, I would bet that the roles would be reversed. So, just my $.02 Quote
mopar1rules Posted April 4, 2009 Author Report Posted April 4, 2009 oh shit, that's right......the sst is a top end pipe. i was mixing it up w/the gnarly pipe. i was really thinking of the gnarly pipe....i was gonna say, i can't believe the gnarly out peaked the fatty pipe, cause of it being a low end pipe, but now it makes perfect sense, that the top end designed sst pipe, outdid the fatty on peak. Yep exactly. HP I would bet Fatty over Gnarly, but again Torque, my money would then go with the Gnarly's of course. Quote

Why would you think that? They tell you right on the fmf website that the sst is the top end pipe? If I had to guess peak rpm, I am betting around 9,500-10,000 rpm on the sst. The I read down further! The gnarly will be around 8,500-8,900 rpm peak. Quote
mopar1rules Posted April 4, 2009 Author Report Posted April 4, 2009 (edited) yeah, at first i was mixing up the sst pipe w/the gnarly pipe. snope, you think my peak on the fattys is around like 8,500-9,000, or more so towards 9,000-9,500? thanks for the help guys.
