New and Need some jetting advice

First time builder, bought a 03le shee in peices in for cheap, Getting close to being done for summer, jetting, CDI and Stator are all thats in my way. Need some advice as where to start on the carbs, they still have origonal jets in them 200 main, 25 Pilot.

 

Stock Motor, Fmf Fatties, Power Core 2 Silencers, Boyesen Power Valve, stock carbs TORS unhooked, K & N Filter without lid, Adjustable timing plate +4

 

Elevation is around 100-200 asl. 60-90 In the summer

 

Any help appreciated, Your website has already helped me tremendously in my quest for speed.

I would start around a 280-290 main and a 27.5 pilot.
