samdust Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 ok i have a banshee im building(not mine) and i just got the jugs mildly ported. i have the carbs set up for, vforce v2 reeds,and fmf exhaust. how much will i have to rejet with the new port and cool head., if any? ive never rejetted a carb before but i will be doing it tonight. any help would be great. sredish Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 nobody can tell you. when porting is involved it can totally change the dynamics of the motor. depends on how much porting, what kind, how they did it, etc. start with 340 and see where your at. coolhead isn't going to affect much.
