pinned247 Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 (edited) I finally worked up the marbles to cut my front's. Here are a few pics. I scored them with a razor blade first then I took a mini hack saw to them. I sanded the edges but it still could use some more. Not so sure that I did the right thing but it's new so hopeflly i'll learn to like them. I slapped some sticks on them just to see what they'd look like...might take them off. I still think it would look alot better with black rears. Let me know what you think!! .....when I was using the razor blade I went out of my line once...is there any way to get that scratch out? link to pics ---> http://s40.photobucket.com/albums/e230/kp30905/ Edited March 3, 2009 by pinned247 Quote

Hopefully you left more meat on it than you wanted to so you can correct your mistake. Just cut a little more off and maybe use a jig saw. Quote

Beachcruiser Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 I just tried the Photobucket link and it did not work for me. Curious to see it from different angles other than your sig. I have a 02 with the same color scheme.....been debating to cut'em or not. Quote
Canadarider Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 I just looked at ur pics again and I got to say it looks badass with the cut fronts. The kit you got on is sick and really makes the bike. Quote

POORBOY350 Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 yea thats about my fav way to cut them. where they come up and have a point gives it more dynamicism<-- oooo big word lol. but just gives it more detail. more angles i like em tho man looks goood hopefully ill be getting them backs  Quote
xXBlessedWithDeathXx Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 That 100% better. good job man but to be honest i think you need black rear fenders to set it off. if not it still looks better. you'll never go back to full fenders now lol. i hate them. Quote
