WCR 1-5 N down dunable override

Bought this used. Has no springs and the gears will bind up when turning by hand.

yes there should be springs on the fork shafts. Every one with that same cut ive setup does anyways.

 

With my fat fingers its a pain in the ass putting them on too! :biggrin:

I f'n wasted half a day putting cases together and taking them back apart b/c those springs were missing. I assumed that I would have got them with the tranny if they were needed. My other overrides have them, just thought maybe this one was different.

All the 1-5 dunable we've done have three different size springs. They go between the shift forks themselves, and in between the fork and the case.

I can get you a diagram which goes where, and I can get you the springs as well Jarid...let me know.

FYI: mid length spring goes on shaft first (twards clutch side of motor)

longest spring between forks (1) & (2)

shortest length spring goes on last (twards stator side of motor)
