01rippnshee Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 (edited) i ride in mostly trails and mx type riding and climb some hills. i have 28mm carbs with a 1/4 turn twist throttle not much done to the motor has a cool head with 20cc domes and t-5s sick sick blingin boost bottle haaha i was wondering would i benefit more in my kinda riding if i did a 2-1 carb kit. if so anyone wanna trade a thumb throttle and 2-1 carb kit for a 1/4 turn twist throttle with 28s Edited February 17, 2009 by 01rippnshee Quote

Snopczynski Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 Doing that test made me decide to sell my single carb setup and go with dual carbs instead. So I dont know how it made you decide to do the opposite? The gains are really more for trail riders who have to jump logs and go up steep hills with no take off speed. Mx or wide open ttrails wise, I think the duals would be better. Quote
