mason07shee Posted January 27, 2009 Report Posted January 27, 2009 i just bought a new set of shearers and a bunch of stuff at f.a.s.t and blew all my fun money last weekend lol so i was going to buy both but am low on funds this week so wich one should i buy first? im looking at a gforce and some stellar performance +3+1 from stellar performance. i am worried about it looking retaded if i buy those a arms thanks guys Quote
spike Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 A-arms first. they do a bigger difference on the ride than an axle. You should always be wider up front anyway, if not it kinda acts like a 3 wheeler. Quote
MikeNick Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 Do arms 1st man, if you do a wider axle 1st with stock arms when you goto turn the frontend will wanna push rather than turn.. Quote
Michael Jackson Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 get the a-arms, then flip your stock rims around and run the valves on the inside on the rear, that offset lines up about perfect with +2's so will be damn close for +3;s, then get some shocks... then worry about the axle Quote
2001Stroker Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 Yea, definately a-arms first. If you get an axle first, your bike will be hard to control at high speeds. You can always get some used wheel spacers for the rear, just until you can afford the axle. Quote
mason07shee Posted January 28, 2009 Author Report Posted January 28, 2009 yeah thanks guys i am used to racing three wheelers and dirt bikes so it all kinda new every 4 wheeler i have had stayed stock bretty much a arms it is Quote
