JEFF C Posted January 4, 2009 Report Posted January 4, 2009 CAN YOU DISCONNECT THIS TORS?what does it do?how can i disconnect it?was out ridding to day,running great,,turned it off,would not start up,had to pull start it,got it home and found that i had no spark!!!!!!!!!!! Do you have a compression tester? Quote

98_shee Posted January 4, 2009 Report Posted January 4, 2009 120ish for stock. What are your mods and elevation? Be sure to hold the throttle wide open, make sure you have the rite adapter for the tester. And kick it till the needle stops moving. Quote
JEFF C Posted January 4, 2009 Author Report Posted January 4, 2009 just did a compression test ,only got 60 lbs each cyclinder with throttle wide open,how much is a top end rebuild cost?do not know much about this banshee ,just bought it last week,road for about 2hours,now this .Tell me ,with low compression is this why i have no spark,the shee does have twim FMF fatties,that all i know right now 120ish for stock. With low compression it will make it hard to start, you may be getting spark. You will have to open the top end up and see what you need. Bore and piston kit around here is $300-$350. You should order a clymers manual it will walk you through everything. Quote
