Metal sleeves lower a arm

I just recently bought some wicked arms and I don't have the metal sleeves for the lower arms. Anyone got them? The guy from wicked said that I'd have to get them from yamaha but I figured I'd try you guys first.

 

My old arms didn't have the metal sleeves in the lower arm they were the full flights.
