bansheeman30 Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 hello all... i recently tried rejettin my carbs again..but i think something is messed up...... my problem is when i go to start i kick and kick will not even try to start....unless i turn shee up on its side until gas flows out of overflow tubes. sit it back down and will start up..once warmed up shee runs great.. also i live in central kentucky..fmf sst pipes titanium 2 silencers,.60 over ballpark on jetting? currently i have 27.5 pilots. 270 mains and clip on 3 notch..runs good but like to know if can get better? thanks Quote

I would take the carbs back off and take the pilots out and make sure to blow through the pilot jet holes real well and then put them back on. It sounds like to me that your jetting should be in the ball park. Quote
