where to start

I just got my stuff from jeff I got 35mm pwk's I was wondering where do I start with jetting

 

new crank with hot rods long rod kit on it wiseco pistons that are 1mm bigger bore port and polished " dont know how radical they went i got it like that " cool head with 19cc domes v-force 3 reeds, 35mm pwk's new manifold to match with built in cross over +4 timing 50/50 race gas nology coil and wires and i think thats it
