michigan_soler Posted November 8, 2008 Report Posted November 8, 2008 ok, my old banshee's motor decided to break (can't even get it to crank, when jumping on the kick start) so now i need a new motor, want something alil bigger then stock maybe. but price is what talks. I live in birmingham, al, but will use the shee in west michigan, so if you are along 65, thats even better for shipping please let me know! Quote
1996dragshee Posted November 8, 2008 Report Posted November 8, 2008 for the price of something bigger...ported stock cyls/stroke..thats a waste of time IMO.build a 4 mil,it will be cheaper that buying a whole motor thats not stock... pull your motor out and tear it down.salvage the good parts and look into a 4 mil crank and a good set of ported cylinders used.take the extra money and get you a nice set of carbs..BAM, there's your bigger motor Quote

michigan_soler Posted November 10, 2008 Author Report Posted November 10, 2008 my dad just split the case, they shattered some of the gears and screwed up the crank, basicly its screwed, said the case its self is messed up also. so i think it would be best to just get a replacement. Quote
