02screaminbanshee Posted September 24, 2008 Report Posted September 24, 2008 well i told yall about the head bolts falling off. well when i pulled the head i found water ontop of the piston and the head gasket is blown. any sugestions? Quote

jharader Posted September 24, 2008 Report Posted September 24, 2008 head bolts fell off? were they torq'd down in the correct sequence? id say get 2 gaskets, put one on there ride her for a while, check compression. take it off and put it back on to check and see if you have some other problem, detonation maybe. never had one just fall off when it was torq'd correctly. odd Quote
