Im going to be getting a sand blaster in a week and have a question. If I sandblast all my parts can I then use PJ1 paint to paint my parts? i dont really have access to a powder coating so trying to find the best way to paint Quote
phrog70 Posted September 21, 2008 Report Posted September 21, 2008 sandblasting is fine . i would try and use a fine course sand, so its not that rough. as far as painting it with pj1 paint u might want to use a primer under it first and it should be fine just give it sometime to cure out before you go messing with it. dont forget to use some type of cleaner or tac rag before painting. u can pick them up at a napa or parts house . well good luck post pics when done Quote
