Hello,
I’m starting a new banshee build. I ordered a frame from Oregon. I want to start with the A arms. I’m interested in Full flight racing A arms and tie rod.
1. Has any one ever used them?
2. Do they come with the bolts and the bushings?
3. Would you recommend greasing up the inside of the arm before sliding the bolt through? Just to mitigate the risk of any future water damage, dirt, sand, or rust. I also like using anti- seize on the end bolts, or anywhere else that likes to seize up over time.
Let me know what you guys think. Thank you.
I have the full flight arms on mine. I have no complaints with them. They do not come with tie rod ends and the bolts to attach them to the frame.

Just got a set of Elka legacy shocks. Seems like there isn’t a lot of space to mount it. Any suggestions?

I bought my T6’s used off of eBay. It states it on there website under About Us and who we are towards the bottom.

Believe it or not but I had one on each of my pipes break off the same way. I contacted Toomey Racing and they replaced both pipes for free.
Interesting. These pipes were on the bike when I got it. So I didn’t buy them, so it may not apply. It’s worth a shot though?

I have a 168 main 50 pilot and an EEG needle in mineWhat would be a starting point for needle and main jet for 2 into 1 setup? I have a Keihin 34mm PJ carb, FMF Fattys and everything else stock.

I just installed a 2 into 1 carb set up on my banshee from no racing. Currently it has a 50 pilot 200 main and an EEG needle on the richest setting. Bottom end is perfect. Mid to top it falls on its face hard. I tried leaning out the needle and the main and it'll pop real bad. I think my needle is the problem? What needle should I be running?

Just a little bit. I had to bend the clutch arm down just a hair.Thanks for the pics. Did you have any issues clearing the clutch arm using stock style intakes?

Hey guys. Just picked up my first banshee not to long ago ( always rode a trx250r previously). When I picked it up it was in okay shape. It was really hard to start. Plastics we're all cut up and spray painted, ect. However the guy I purchased it from threw in a brand new set of 34mm lextron carbs, intakes, vforce 4 reeds, and a few other random things. So I'm currently doing a top end on it. This is the first bore on the cylinders. It has toomy t6 pipes, and air box delete. So basically I'm kind of torn weather I should use the stock carb, the 34mm lectrons, or maybe a single carb set up? What's your guys opinion on it? Im primarily a dune rider.
