[What's a ideal +? Extended swing arm for dunes and trails]

I'm getting on a suspension build for a banshee and I'm pretty sure it's only for dunes and trails for the most.i was looking into a +6 swinger but wanted to get some feedback you guys.

[Ideal swing arm length for dune and trails]

Planning on getting a exended swing arm and I wanted to go +6 but I was wondering what the ideal length for this set up, more or less
