If it was dirty, OP would not have liked the setup.
I don't like anything about the stock suspension.
Without going to LT could you reccommend any standard ones. Im not jumping, just trails
-
I'm in central jersey. I know most the trails down there in that area. I've heard of this pit so I thought it may be worth it
It used to be worth it for locals. I live across the street so i can quickly grt home. But if you drive down its hit or miss, you'll get ticketed for parking and if your lucky there wont be cops.
How far are you from manchester southampton area? Thats def worth the trip.

Im more so interested in his wheel setup. I think hes got a 22 front 20 rear and some arms but the front and rear wheels are lined up evenly and i am assuming his rear axle is stock. Can anyone confirm the wheel size and axle setup? I want to order them now

What's up with this triboro pit? Is it Worth the drive for me to make down there?
Nope! Cops go back there on quads. A few weeks ago someone rammed into a cop. Where are you from? There are good trails in manchester southampton area. Endless trails

South Jersey. nope i havent seen them ride through philly or camden yet. a mile or two form my house is the triboro pit and everynow and then you'll see them pull up in uhauls, stacked with bikes.

This is a photo of my stock a arm setup. Without doing LTs i want to run plus 2 a arms and buy the wheel setup but I want the rear to line up with the fronts same as this dude without changing out rear axle. any suggestions?

Stock Aarms, stock shocks that are upside down, cpi inframes. Nothing special. And the dude filming is clueless.
I agree stock shocks and yeah your right they are upside down. any benefits? i dont think those a arms are stock. There def plus 2s. When hes racing they look much flatter than my stocks

^ don't forget the after market spark plugs and those nitrous tanks
haha i think the dude was joking about the nitrous tanks, he said it sarcastically.

Can anyone identify the a arms, suspension, and wheel setup including the size on this guys banshee (its the 350 at the 1 minute mark)? I think its the standard shocks on a plus 2 a arm setup (not sure the brand) and no clue on the wheels. But i like this setup. also are those cpi inframes?

If you're good with upholstery, this community could use another seat cover manufacturer!!!

Yes this will be my first time doing motorcycle seats but I'll keep you posted on the finished product. If the group approves the finished product maybe I can do some projects for HQ members. i current make leather bags and wallets but have made a few chairs covers and other items. www.totesmagoat.com

Thankd guys honestly thid picture doesnt look the greatest but the discoloration makes it look uneven. my paint guy will go over the whole thing with a sander to clean it all up so im not to worried. But i like the way you cut your fenders they look sharp

Hey guys so today I stripped my banshee to prep for fluids change and cleaning. Prior to doing this I considered buying new race plastics but the cost was outrageous as im sure everyone can agree.
I went ahead and cut my front plastics myself (see image). I measured and lined it up. I used a metal cutter on a dremmel and cut them. the job was rough and ugly at first but I then went over the rough edge with a dremmel sanding band. If you own a dremmel it usually comes with it. Using the dremmel sanding band was really the key to a cleaner smoother surface. I then used a blow dryer on the hottest setting to soften the excess shavings and just used my fingers to smoothen the edge. I also used some sandpaper to assist but the hair blower was really the best option. I will say they came out very well!
I plan to give the plastics to a client of mine who does car and motorcycle painting to paint black. He will also smoothen the edges and work on the scratches. Those edges may not look smooth but they are pretty damn smooth.
as a side note i have a small leather shop Totes Magoat and plan to reupholster the seat with that brown color leather in the background but using a thinner leather hide. Let me know what you guys think.

well your missing out my friend. My brother lives in miami and loves it. I get jealous at times.

Nice nice thanks for your response, regarding oil i live in northeast so we get some cold winters is my oil option a good choice given the weather? I also plan to drive through snow.

Hey guys so thanks for helping me with a previous post. Went to Cycle Gear in Cherry Hill and picked up some fluids and cleaning product. See photo. Back story, I purchased my first atv 2006 Banshee and wanted to do an oil change, spark plugs, new coolant, air filter cleaning, and lubing.
Any disapprovals? I got 2 of everything but I think i may replace the repsol lube (on sale $2) with a wax. My older brother said he used to use a wax on his 1000rr but couldnt remember the brand.
Any suggestions on a chain wax and grease for joints? Please let me know of anything i should take back immediately. i have a few days before I do the maintenance.
