Yeah. like I said before do you know anything about these engines? That on holds the trans shaft from moving if there was no clip then the whole basket would be out of the clutch cover and fuck the tranny upAre they supposed to be on the tranny?

Bore is fucked and so is that one piston, I just wish the person responsible would man up. I spent so much money and now I have to spend it again over his mistakes.

I made 10 passes before it started rattling in on the primary side, 10 passes we're great but the last one sucked, and I sent him the engine completly stock never been tore down only thing I took off before sending it to him was the stock cylinders and I sent my supercubs in a seperate box along with the brand new crank. I put my lockup and basket on etc.

oh okay, I didn't know. But Tyson did a great job on my trans and port work but he fucked up on the clips and doesn't want to man up to it. I contacted him today and told him could he fix it or replace it since it was his mistake and he simply said " I got some people here, I'm busy I'll call you after 5pm" then he hung up.I think he was pointing out in that pic that you can see both sets of run marks. Someone said it wasn't visible.
At least I think that's where he was going with it.

that would be the trans shaft my friend. Do you know much about these engines? That's definetly not the crankLet's focus on the last pic of the first set posted. You can barely see the shaft in the top right corner. What is that?

Why is everyone saying I'm at fault here? I didn't take it apart and put it back together without the retainers I just tore it down because I noticed a problem and I found it and Tyson was the last one inside this engine so how is it my fault? Why am I wrong to be mad at Tyson? It was his mistake not mine.

It rattled on my last pass then I got worried about my flywheel because my last one came lose and rattled so that's what I thought it was so I was going to change my sprocket and I decided to check the flywheel to the that's when I noticed there was play in the crank

My web is not cracked, there was no retainers placed inside my engine what so ever, the grooves look perfect and there isn't half a retainer in the top or bottom so that means if it was placed in and it had broke they would be there but they aren't. In the video you can clearly see no clips were placed and the stock gears pulled the crank through. If you ever wondered why they make straight cut gears it's for this type of reason. They don't pull on the crank like stock gears. I've contacted tyson and he said to buy a new crank and that it would be best. He was stuck on how he put the clips in but if he did wouldn't there be even a little piece somewhere ? Yes. But there isn't. He just doesn't want to admit that he forgot some little simple retainers and make his name look bad. Now when I call or text him I get no reply. I have an iPhone and so does he so when I text him he "reads" my text but never replies. I have every right to be pissed.

If they were then where the hell are they at? If they broke then half would be in the case and half would be in the crank. There is not a retainer in this motor

It's not straight cut gears, stock gears are cut angled right? You know what happens with stock gears and no retainers? The crank gets pulled through like turning a bolt

No retainers what so ever and the crank has slide over because has plenty gap on the primary side and was slammed into the opposite side

He didn't put the retainers on my 4mil crank and I got the motor back and made 10 passes and the crank slide to the clutch side and wore the weld off of the pin now it's loose and he won't return my calls or texts when he was at fault for this. Brand new crank gone to waste over his mistakes

I contacted him he told me to buy a new crank and was stuck on about how he put the clips in, but my crank would have never moved if the clips were placed in. He won't answer my calls or text now. I called him from a different number and he said he was busy after hearing my voice and hung up.
