Ok I got a good deal on a set of pretty much new bb shears I want to run them on my 421 cub I had cpi sb before how are these going to do did I screw up?its a k&t cub 40 lectrons ect

Ok I just got my bike together and having a hard time getting it cranked at first I know alky bike are hard to crank in the cold but it's gotta be something. 421 cub 40 lectrons 8deg timing I can put a couple drops of gas on filter and cranks right up then after that it cranks first kick, without the gas it won't start or even try to hit
