I just found the idea of the jetless carbs to be interesting, however i am leaning towards trying out the JSR fuel injection kit. Be a good winter project to screw around with and get tuned in.

Hey there yall, Recently purchased a 2001 Banshee, plain jane other than the Pro-circuit pipes and K&N filter. I had a buddy of mine tell me about these jetless carbs out there. Ive done some looking around and theres a few different companies out there that make them. Im just wondering who all runs them and how happy they are. Are they worth it or should i go for broke and buy the fuel injection kit? Or just stick with the good old mikuni. |Ive had lots of experience screwing around with mikunis as every quad, bike, and carbed sled ive ever owned has had a mikuni, except for my 73 elan 250, and of course my brand new cat, lol. Just wondering what everyones views are, and how they perform? Thanks guys

Im going to give you a piece of advice, the best thing you can do (the best thing ive done with fox floats) is to go buy the evol upgrade kit for them. Around $450 for 2 shocks. It turns it into a 2 stage shock, and holy hell does it make a massive difference, especially if you like hitting jumps, or ride on rough bumpy terain. Set the initial stage real soft, About 45-60 depending how much you weigh, and your preference, and the second stage firmer. Its a simple concept, and works great. The initial stage gives you a soft smooth impact, but the second stage keeps you from bottoming out or loosing control.
