i need a rear caliper, how much?

So I have assembled this wrong, because its not able to slide. There are 3 bolts that hold the caliper to the plate, do I not want to torque those down? Sorry for all the questions, but I have never had to mess with brakes.

I ordered a moose rebuild kit, it seems to be well liked on here. So how do the slide pins work, does it the outside pad get sucked into the disc also? I have spent more time on this stupid brake caliper than I did tearing down the top end and setting the carbs up.

New here, Ive searched and read posts until my eyes bleed. I bought a banshee from a friend and he didnt have the rear brake system mounted, Ive got it all mounted and have bleed it using a syringe and tube, but it keeps sucking air bubbles out of the system and the brake lever never gets stiffer. So my question is, can I be sucking air through the caliper and would a rebuild kit fix this issue. The next question is I dont know if its a stock axle, but when i press the brake lever the piston/pad move out and push the disc, shouldnt the disc get pinched and not pushed to the other pad?
Shocking! electrical stuff going on

So I had to redo the o-rings on my cool head and after putting it back together the kill switch isnt working and if I hover my fingers over my brake lever it arcs and shocks me. Also while riding at WOT it sputters and cuts out. Im going to try and look over the wires and make sure nothing is pinched/broken but would that really cause an arc from a brake lever? Any ideas on what I may need to look for would be much appreciated, long time lurker first poster.
