  1. set your meeter on ohms & put 1 lead on a good ground & the other on the green w/ yellow wire & the meeter shouldn't change (same as if the meeter leads aren't touching anything) ie. open, not touching, not shorted to ground...

ok thanks ill check this out tonight , its at my buddys right now apreciate the help

  2. Yeah i still have my old cdi, thing is i was in too much if a wory to go ride when i instaled my adjustable timming plate that i forgot to put loctight of those 3 bolts . Got the bike warmed up did 30feet and stalled . I had hearing a knocking when i kicked it over . So i took the flywheel back out and 2 of the bolts came off and knoked one of the coils on the stator , so it wasnt making any spark no more. Bought a rm stator put it in the bike and still no fire , so i knew it shorted the cdi , bought a cdi from a guy on here , and swap the plug . Had good spark and taught my problem was solved .start the damn thing and it wont rev at all. I tried grounding that wire that i had extra and it was running idle much better and equaly. But still dosent rev.

  3. Id say best way to go for the 2into 1 intake is a yamaha exiter manifold with a good choice of carb , adjustable timing plate for around 50$ and maybe a used cool head with 21 or 20cc domes for around 120$ an youd be a happy camper

  4. Thanks Rider.....it is a Ricks I believe, but it has to have been bad out of the box for me to have this issue, is that possible? I get that they are shit but everyone seems to have a problem with them eventually, some quicker than others.....this stator is brand spankin new......WTF.

same here but its an rm  , peice of shit  it cammed with 1 year full waranty , then i called em to get it replaced. they told me to fill out a form and they would call back  within a day or 2 . never heard from them fucks .
