  1. I didn't have any issues. You HAVE TO USE ANTI-SEIZE! If you do not use it, then it is not their fault. I have not once heard you say you used it?

    I did use anti seize to show them thats not the issue. I didnt have to use anti seize with the stainless one i got from Home Depot.

  2. And that's why its weird, the nuts went on smooth but camnot come off. I even sent them the evidence. I didnt want nothing extra i just wanted what i paid 128.00 for to finish my bike. I was willing to drive back to their store to pick up the nuts and bolts

If i call your company and tell you that the nuts you sent me does not match the bolts and as soon as no more than 2 turns on the bolts there is no way to get that nut off only by cutting it off. They replied " stop my installation and use anti seize. I sent them a pic that the nylon on the nut did not even touch the bolt , but instead of a resolution they stated its my fault
