  1. HJR did me a 4mil dune port. I have t5 exhaust with V-force 4 reeds & hot rods 4mill crank. This thing runs like shit in the midrange. Runs ok on top, but its not real crisp. Low end idles ok starts 1 kick. Kevin told me to run 155 mains & 55 low, needle middle clip. Cant even cruise up the beach, bogs and sputters, Tried to raise the needle 1 notch got worse, so I went the other way and it got little better.Im on the top notch cant get it any leaner. I have some 152 mains, would that help lean out the midrange? Im wondering if it could be the doms,  kevin cut for me? What can I do to get this thing too run? Im not sure what needles b/c I cant see any numbers on it. Should I try the n68a needles?

  2. I'm having same issue with my HJR engine. Kevin did a 4mil with pump gas doms and I put it together over the winter. I have t5 exhaust,28mm pwk  Jetting about same as yours. I will need to look to be sure, Went by what Kevin told me to start at. Vforce 4 reeds, Hotrods 4 mill crank. Will start on 1-2 kicks and idles fine. If you rev it seems fine. Take off, once you get to mid range falls flat on its face. Sputters runs like shit, pull in the clutch and rev it up it will start to pull. Will run better on top, but does not feel like a 4 mill. My dads stock banshee with t5 exhaust will smoke me. I only ride at Pismo dunes, but you cant even ride it if our not on the top end all the time. I tried switching,stators cdi etc with my dads banshee, nothing changes. My frame was painted and I sanded the grounds down to the bear metal. Should I try running another ground for my engine? Was wondering if that could be the problem?

  3. Was hoping someon could answer my question here, since I know laot of you have kids that ride. Im looking for some rear paddels for my daughters 2007 TRX90. Her stock tires are 19x8x8. What would be a good size and brand for this? I know you dont want to go to tall, or could rob power. I would like to maybe go a bit wider. Like a 9 or 10. If you anyone havce any ideas please let me know.

  4. Hey guys I bought a 98 banshee roller. No numbers on the frame at all. Guy I got it from sanded the powder coat off & the numbers were gone. Not sure it it was a new frame or what? He had the pink also, he let it go with the engine. Anyways I got what I wanted off it and this frame is nice. All  unused mounting tabs are gone etc. Can I sell this, or is it not worth it with no vin?

    We need j-arms actually.

    Old, tight stockers would be fine.

    Will buy both sides if necessary.

  6. Looks like the lsrs have an adjustable upper arm? The rolls don't? Or do they? Probably not a big deal to the casual rider. I've been running similar lsr arms for several years and had good luck. The rolls are nice too though. See which ones are in better shape. Decide from there.

    No the rolls don't have the upper adjustable arm. I really only wanted the shocks, but he made me such a smoken deal on the rest of whats left. Only problem is the frame was powder coated and he said he cant fine the vin #.
