Rider weight is a tough one. Guys my size would have to put rolls of quarters in their pockets to make weight if the min. weight is less than 130lbs.

I think its a great idea, most racing as weight limits.  When I was into cars we had to ride on scales after every pass.  It makes things alot more fair
