  1. My friend had a twist on his blaster a few years back, he was undecided on which he preferred. I hated it in fast turns I hit a bump and almost lost it once and refused to ride it again lol the weird thing I noticed from riding my friends shee w/ thumb throttle was that I would get serious arm pump, only in my left arm and I barely used the clutch at all..

  2. Anyone been to or raced wildwood sand? To those not familiar with it its very fine sand like baby powder and I feel it has some strange characteristics to it as it gets ridden and torn up.

I will be racing mx where paddles aren't allowed but I also wanna run the sand drags (1/8 mile i think?) with some kind of paddles just for fun but don't know what type, how many paddles etc.

I also have to ask, how long would it take to swap the stocker for an extended swinger? Or if that's excessively impractical than id run it with a stock length.

Shee is bored .020 stock stroke trail port, T-5's, reeds, stock carbs, spacers random other shit here and there

  3. I had an 04 YZ250F, with renthal aluminium sprockets, I passed my friend before a big uphill sand jump I landed uphill wfo with no forward momentum and MOST of the teeth came off my rear sprocket as my friend passed me and roosted half the pit's worth of sand on me. Chain was adjusted right, I decided then that I personally wont notice the unsprung weight difference and furthermore would rather have the long lasting and cheap steels that I can depend on to get me home.

  4. I'm really considering the Hush Kit for my T-5's I'm usually not one to bitch about noise, but it's pretty loud even at idle and I'd like it to be a little stealthier for where I ride.. Then again my 5" Straight piped 12V Cummins is louder but people don't seem to mind bc it's a truck...

  5. Just got my first 'shee yesterday (first quad at that) it came with Realtors for the snow. They're pretty heavy and whine like 35" Boggers but if I remember they wear pretty good. My friend used them on his 400EX in the winter and swore by them. I've always wanted to try the 4 snow though but never had a quad before.

  6. I've never heard of any of this but then again I live on the other side of the country in NY.. Going to Glamis has been my lifelong dream since I saw Crusty Demons of Dirt videos 10+ years ago, it's like the Dirt Bike/ ATV Mecca. Even if things were that bad there, I'd still wanna go.
