  1. You wont find any stage 3 or any other rev box on a drag bike. It will be an OEM Yamaha CDI or a programable Dyna. They dont do anything. The porting and pipes on your banshee determine what rpm the engine runs at. There is no rev limiter so an extra 1000 rpm is just blowing smoke up you butt.

Alright man thanks I think I will sit with my stock cdi ignition

  2. i would like to know much more better is a clymers manual over a stock manual such as does it tell u how to tear down a clutch and rebuild to putting in a aftermarket clutch or how to rebuild your banshee engine just for instanse or just saying is it worth the money to spend on one so u caqn do the service on the bike yourself thanks

  3. so i have noticed some rust spots on the front of my frame under the radiator should i be worried about and is the banshee frame known or not known for cracking over time or under pressure there are no cracks that i can see but if they do develop what is the best of going abut this welding or buying a whole new frame or gusseting the frame and who makes great stock banshee frames other than lonestar for a reasonable price

  4. I'm in the same boat. A lot of these drag drag and dune guys will tell you to go aluminum. They don't realize that when you get mud on your stuff it's just like grinding paste. After a bit of research, I went with the 104 link Marshall o-ring chain and 40T Sunstar steel sprocket in the rear with the hardened chromalloy 13T Moose sprocket in the front. I originally had a 41T rear but after the initial chain stretch (normal) I couldn't adjust the chain properly without a "half link". Only problem is no one makes them for o-ring chains. The only fix was to drop a tooth on the rear. It's been perfect ever since. Site sponsors should be able to get you what you need, PM me if you need help.

well about supersprox with a rk 520 cahin combo are the suspersprox excellent considering thats all they make and i cant see buying sidewinder considering they only gurantee there ti-ii sprockets and there overly expensive

  5. Alright that makes me feel better, how loud is the squeak would you say? Like is it very noticeable when the engine is off?

so it would just be the linkage to keep greased right because there is no zirk fittings on the swingarm
