They are ported a little bit from what i can tell i just bought the bike from a guy and then just tore it down and started redoing it all. i can send pics by email or phone if needed just let me know they r in good shape. there are stock size i think i am going to look at the pistons at my shop to see and make sure though.

I have some cylinders that i dont need anymore because i just bought a 421cc kit that came with brand new ones. I am asking for $150 plus shipping. I live in Amarillo Texas so if you are close maybe you could come pick

I wouldn't use neon lights, but their are alot of led's on the market that are compatable. Just make sure they are for a 12v system. I use led's for the tail lights on my grab bars and have not had any problems. You should be able to get what your looking for from these guys http://customdynamics.com/
I was wonderin if anyone can make a grab bar like that?? And if so how much??

So I want to make my bike faster but I'm strapped for cash at the moment. What can I do to make my shee faster for cheap price?? And also what can I do later on when I do have money to get my bike whooping some ass??

did you put the t-6's on? is this a new banshee to you?
askin cause it kinda sounds like you may be runnin the wrong jets in your carbs.......what size are your pilot jets and main jets?
Just bought it and never owned a banshee before so it's new to me. And I will look at my jetting not sure how to tell what they r at.

Well I have t-6s and v force reeds and cool heads and boost bottle but other then that it's stock. And I am cleaning the carbs on Thursday so I am goin to see if that changes anything also. But I did change the spark plugs and it will run fine for like 5 min then go back to what it was doin

Mine acted like that and it was because it needed rebuilt. Id check the compression. Im not saying you need a rebuild but its something to rule out before screwing with your carbs.
Well after ur rebuild was everything good?? And I have been tryin to jet also so not sure what to do I guess if thy don't work I will have to rebuild. How hard is a rebuild or should I say how expensive?

if your crossover tube falls of for the choke it will cause that also it may be a air leek spray some Carib cleaner on the garbs when the engine is cold and running to see if the engine revs up a bit. don't hurt to do a compression check ether.
Well I will do a compression check i just put new plugs and cleaned the carbs. It is still runnin the same. I am tryin to jet it but I really don't have a clue what I'm doin. But thanks for the info.

Well that's what I thought but I can't even ride up a hill. It doesn't have enough power. Once u Rev it for a while full throttle then it will finally take off. Once u stop u have to rev it again for a long time till it goes anywhere???

Well like I said I'm new but all I can say is that it will just roll when u take off even if given it full throttle but if u hold the throttle it will finally just take off fast as he'll but once u slow down it does the same thing just slowly goes till it takes off again and this is given it full throttle the whole time. So plz help I wana be able to ride it??

First-things-first. Get yourself a Clymers Manual for your Banshee. They're on ebay for like $25-$30. Best investment a newbie can ever make. That will tell you EXACTLY how to remove and disassemble your carbs. You may not be hitting your "power band" at all. It actually sounds as if your lower carb throttle ranges are screwed up. Could just be clogged or dirty pilots, badly adjusted air screws, bad reeds, who knows? Your description is very difficult to understand so try to be a little clearer on what it is you're describing - leave out any jargon and just describe what is going on and someone will try to help.

Well I would but I don't know how to tell the jet sizes and all how do u do that?

Welcome to BHQ !! Did it just start doing this? Or did you buy from someone at lower elevation? Start by checking plugs ,cleaning carbs one at a time. Your description is a little (lot) vauge. Could you be more specific? If you do carbs , record jet sizes and post that up.
Well I bought it from a guy but he only lived like 40 miles from me and I am new to banshees so have no clue what I am doing. But we should be at the same elevation so I was just wondering what to do to fix it. It has no power at all till it hits powerban then It will take off then u have to wait till it hits powerban again for it to go. So I'm not sure what to do I will get new plugs and I guess figure out how to clean the carbs and then i don't know much bout the jetting so I don't know whatbits at now.

Bike just rolls on full throttle till it hits piwerband and takes off?
I have a 04 shee with Weisco pistons, toomey t-6 exhaust , v force reeds, boost bottle, pro design cool heads, and k&n air filter?? I about at 6000 ft elevation. What do I do help plz????
