hes got the bolt out..but the bearings fell apart.I went through this last winter. No amount of heat, sledge hammers, or penetrating oil could loosen it. I had to pull the engine out and cut it off with a disc.

if the needles are all gone, find something to chisel in behind the race like a pick. bend it out so you can get pliars on it, heat up the outside of the swingarm if no powder coat with a torch and try to pull it out.

They're actually mr16 leds that rectify the ac before it hits the bulb...supposedly. what I run anyways. They don't flicker if I turn the idle up abput 3-400 rpm. the 200w stators make almost no voltage at idle.. think mine was making around 6-7 vac.. was a long time ago when I checked.

In, be interesting to see how they hold up, and if they actually do offer better voltage at idle with a racetech or fast 200w stator. Could mean running leds with zero flicker possibly?
