I feel like a Complete tool...I cant figure out how to get that dang Throttle Cable out of the top part of the carbs.... HELP!!!!!!

How do you tell the difference? I got 2 sets of pipes laying in the garage. Some CPI outerframes and Shearer's outer frames. 1.How can you tell the difference.... 2.And as for big Bore...What size does the Big bore start when you actually need big bore pipes? Meaning when should you use a big bore pipe? I went from a 350 to a 7mill and i think 458 now...Do i need a big bore pipe now? Thanks Alan

Got the Oil drained last night and fresh oil for the weekend. Looking forward to see how the new shee does at LS. WE will most likely be in South Camp and want to find a spot near the gate and bathrooms. If anyone rolls out there, feel free to hit me up. I will have the Yellow LTR and Banshee. Not sure if we are riding tonight or not since my buddy is riding his Dirtbike out there so no night rides for him. Might just sit back and drink all night till i pass out next to the fire

the plugs i got are NGK BR8ES he said i should prob gap them though for some reason depending on the timing... And thanks for the input on the Methanol and drums. I will most likely buy a drum in jan or feb since im sure i wont be riding anytime in Dec.

Awww Courtney...Yeah That's her...Cool girl for sure. I got pics of her working everyone on her banshee. LOL with the Flat bill Hats..... She owns dang near everyone when she runs. Ill be going this weekend most likely. Ill be taking my LTR and shee out for the weekend i hope

Just wanted to say thanks for everyones input Thanks Brian for talkin on the phone and helping me out. Plan on heading out Friday Night or Saturday morning to Little Sahara Yesterday i went and bought -1 gallon Klotz Super Techniplate $45 -2 ATF Type F oil from Wal mart $2.87 :) -1 5 Gallon Race Jug with Open/release Nozzle ( Damn that thing was like $55 for both parts LOL ) -1 2 Gallon Jug to mix my gas and oil in -1 Mix Ration Cup -2 NGk Sparkplugs, didnt have the right size so they said to gap em to 17 or so...Blah bout to head to redrock up on NW50th at lunch and get about 10 gallons of gas.

Brian, I was planning on heading out there this weekend as well. Still trying to get the fellas talked into it but some have to work. Still up in the air. tomorrow im headed to Baker Boys i guess to pick up an oil filter and anything else i can get up there from them. I got some Methanol left in a drum but its pretty old so might have to hit up redrock on the northside and see what they have to offer. I want to have everything done by thursday but its gonna be cutting it close. Send me your Number through PM, that would be fine. I noticed a few okies on here, gotta love it Alan

80W...I was wayy off on the grid i guess then. Tranny is Stock and i thought about an over ride tranny. Not sure on the 1-5 or 2-5 just yet. Looking forward to others people inputs on this. Thanks again fellas. Gotta love Forums filled with Knowledge :biggrin:

Justin, Thanks...Im in the Air Force Stationed out here at Tinker AFB Oklahoma City...Wouldnt have it any other way.... Ok, now why wouldnt it be a good idea to clean the Carbs and Reeds? The guy i bought it from hasnt ridden the shee in about a year and was sitting in his garage. He just didnt have the time to ride it. When we started it up, he didnt have any Klotz and we had to use regular 2 stroke Oil mixed with Methanol to just start it up. Started up 2nd Kick so that was a good sign. I guess he was wanting me to clean it and get that junk out of the carbs. #5 Spark Plugs...Which ones to use.... Damn i feel like such a NOOB hahahaha I could tell you how to build a Boosted Honda though LOL
