  1. building a new engine, i bought a us chrome jug and need another but they only had one so im going with a jug plated by millenium. us chrome states theres is plated with nicom and millenium is plated with nikasil. is this the same thing just using two different names for copyright reasons? thanks for any info

  2. Im looking for a complete set (4) of wheels and tires for my banshee. I dont care if there stock or what, just no gold wheels. I have a set for sand and ice but none for dirt anymore. Let me know what you have. Im not picky just must hold air and be within a hours drive from grand haven mi. Thanks, Joel

  3. if you get a duramax dont get a lb7 01-04, the injectors are "internal" and junk. The lly's 04.5-05 are great but come from the factory with a restrictive turbo mouthpiece that restricts flow and causes minor overheating. lbz and lmm are good also 06+. I picked up a 05 lly single cab long box 4x4 with the zf-6 manual trans from the orginal owner with 70,000 on it. The dirtymax with the 6 speed stick is fun as shit to drive. Hard as fuck to find but worth it. Threw on a afe mouthpiece and shes good. Just stay away from the 6.0 ford unless it has head studs and the egr blocked off. buddy has 240,000 on a 6.0 and it runs great. On the other hand my old boss just sold his 94 12 valve dodge with 413,000 miles. ran great but the body was SHOT.

  4. Im looking at buying a new set of front shocks for my +2+1 a-arms. Im looking at the Elka "stage 1" or as i know them as the dune edition, works g series triple rate non rez. and the works steelers triple rate non rez. Whats my best bet here?? Thanks

  5. The ice track i was racing on was a big oval, Both left turns. I was looking at my tires last night and the right rear has some screws working their way out. A few on the outer tread were pulled back a little bit but no screws were missing. Any ideas? Tires are maxxis razr's And screws are 5/8" kold kutters with 270 in each rear tire......Should i counter sink them a little bit. Rite now they are flush with where the head starts. I was thinking that if they were screwed in a little bit farther there wouldnt be as much leverage on them, but i dont want to strip out the rubber either. Damn i wish a company had HARD compund tires to hold the screws better.
