I don't think so. I had bought it used and it is still the same way as when I bought it.

20x10-10 Skat Trak Extreme 10-paddle tires

The deal did in fact fall through. Something came up with his truck. PM me. -
I just found out that the rear wheels won't fit the Banshee hubs even though they have the same bolt pattern. Those will work only with Kawasaki Mojaves & Lakotas.

20x10-10 Skat Trak Extreme 10-paddle tires

Nope, I am all set. Thanks anyway. -
I have a pair of 10x5 4-156mm ITP front aluminum wheels and a pair of stock rear aluminum Kawasaki Mojave wheels for sale. The ITP wheels were originally powdercoated black but were chipping so I painted the complete set with metallic silver paint and clear coated them. The rears also have the 4x156mm bolt pattern and will fit the older Banshees that came stock with 10" rear rims. They have a deeper offset than the stock Banshee wheels so they will widen the rear a bit. I think it is about 1" per side. I am asking $40 plus shipping for each pair which should be reasonable. PM me or email me at [email protected] if you are interested.

I can do $13 shipped for just the clutch cover gasket. Do you want anything else? It is all still available at this point.

Do you still have the stock skid plate? Do you have a picture?

Ok, thanks. I posted on that thread.

I am interested in the rear hubs if he doesn't buy them from you. Kevin

I am looking for a pair of rear hubs for my 1989 Banshee. They need to have the 4x156mm bolt pattern (stock for that year) so that I don't have to buy two new sets of rear wheels. The splines on mine are worn out so I need good splines. If you have any that are in good condition without stripped studs and have good splines, please PM me or email me at [email protected]. Kevin

OK, thanks. I will give it a try. I think I am going to try the 27.5 pilots also.
-
You didn't read my post very closely. I AM looking for opinions but mainly for how many sizes up from the normal jetting I should go. Your post makes 2 that say go two sizes up for the cold weather. Thanks, Kevin
-
OK, I may try something like that. I have main jets in 290, 300, 310, 320 and I have 27.5 pilots. Your response is the type of answer I was looking for. I am not looking for someone to tell me exactly what size jet to use but rather how much to change the jetting for a temperature change like I originally posted. Hopefully someone with a Banshee can chime in here. I would like a couple more opinions before I decide what I am going to do. NOTICE EVERYBODY: I am looking for OPINIONS so that I can make my OWN decision. Thanks, Kevin

The current jetting on my 'shee seems to run very well at 50-85 degrees but I haven't ridden in weather any colder than that yet. I have 280 mains & stock pilots with the stock needle clip setting. My mods are really only FMF Fatty pipes, Powercore silencers, and K&N filter with airbox snorkel removed. It is now around 35 degrees lately here in Michigan (about 700ft above sea level) and I am wondering if I should go up in jet size for the colder weather. If so, how many sizes should I go up? I don't want anyone telling me that I should have had 300-320 mains already and that now I should go up to a 340 or something for the winter. I have been through that already and the 280 mains work fine for normal temps. I guess I would just like to know how many sizes up I should go for that kind of temperature change (IF I should go up at all). Kevin

my truck is shaking between the speeds of 55 and 65?
Twyztid replied to peterlocal22's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Alignment causing a vibration problem would be pretty rare. There could be some worn suspension parts that get replaced when the alignement is done and the worn parts were causing the vibration but there is almost never a time when alignment alone will take care of a vibration problem. I will say over the years that I worked in service department of the tire company that I work for I have seen a few odd things cause a vibration problem. We had one car that I remember that warped rotors were finally nailed down as being the cause for the vibration in that car after we had already changed out the tires with new ones twice. I can't remember ever finding that an alignment corrected a vibration and I have installed hundreds of sets of tires and had to troubleshoot many, many vibration problems as well. I think the best & cheapest place for him to start is with getting the tires balanced on a Road Force balancer and go from there. The tire balance had the highest probability of being the problem. Just my $.02. Kevin -

Should cost around $70-$80 to Road Force balance all 4 tires. -

I work for a tire company in Michigan and have worked there for almost 19 years. Although I no longer work on the vehilces myself anymore I have had PLENTY of experience with this. We have one of the Hunter GSP9700 Road Force balancers and solve hundreds of balance-related problems just like you are describing. The guys here are right, it is more than likely that you just have a balance problem. In most cases, an out-of-balance problem will only be felt at a certain speed range but a tire with an out-of-round condition (or "broken belt") will be felt at pretty much all speeds starting around 30-35mph but will gradually get worse as the speed increases. Just make sure that you get the tires balanced at a reputable place that knows what they are doing AND has good equipment. We have re-balanced tires for numerous customers that were unhappy with the way they were balanced at other places. Usually after we correct the problem for them we have a customer for life. I think the best tire balancer on the market is the Hunter GSP9700 because of Road Force measurement capabilities. You may want to call around to find out who has this balancer and get them balanced there. If you want to check out the Hunter balancer, here is a link: http://www.hunter.com/pub/product/balancer/4159T/index.htm Kevin -
I believe that my compression gauge is a piece of crap and was giving me false readings. I am going to borrow my brother-in-law's and try it again and see what I get. Rebuilding both carbs seems to have taken care of the fuel dumping problem. It also seems to start with fewer kicks. Maybe the pilots were getting a little clogged. I took it to Silver Lake yesterday and had a BLAST! It ran great all day. I can tell I still have some learning to do about riding sand hills but overall I did alright. Yesterday was only my 2nd time ever out on my 'shee and I have never rode a quad in the sand before. I have driven a lot of trucks but no quads. I didn't really run it WOT much (unless I bogged at the top of a hill) so I guess I really don't know if the main jet is right yet but it has to be real close. I also rode with the airbox lid on all day. I was planning on taking it off to see if it made much difference but I was having so my fun I forgot about it. Kevin

I am looking for a pair of rear hubs for my 1989 'shee. Mine are getting a bit wobbly and I think the splines in the hubs might be worn. The hubs will need to be in good shape (and not wobbly on the axle) and have the 4x156mm bolt pattern. I don't want any with the newer 4x115mm bolt pattern because then I have to change my wheels.
