  1. Looking for a 50cc quad

    I just gont mine delivered yesterday. It is a chinese make. 110cc (you can get 50cc, or 90 cc if you want). I like it. It took about 2 hours to put it together (un crate, fill battery, bolt on tires etc.). I paid 600$ shipped to my door. It comes with a remote (key fob) thing that operates the remote start, and shut off, and also an alarm so you know when he is trying to ride it without permission. It also has a kill switch on the rear that you tug on the rope and it kills it.

    It is very quiet, and seems to be good so far.

    The alarm is VERY loud.

    They cant get you one by christmas because it took like 2 weeks for them to get it to me, but it was worth the price. This thing is brand new and looks pretty good. I got the camo one.

    I'd like to see some reviews on it. Maybe you can post up once you guys get it out. I've been looking for my 2 small boys but don't want to spend a bunch since they'll outgrown them within a year or two.

    methanol and race fuel......

     

    Are you using leaded race gas? A small amount of methanol isn't bad mixed with gas but methanol is highly corrosive. If you're running leaded gas in a truck with O2 sensors, it will ruin the O2 sensors.

    This information arrived this morning, from Microsoft and Norton. Please send it to everybody you know who accesses the Internet.

    You may receive an apparently harmless email with a PowerPoint presentation called "Life is beautiful.pps."

    If you receive it DO NOT OPEN THE FILE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, and delete it immediately.

    If you open this file, a message will appear on your screen saying: "It is too late now, your life is no longer beautiful", subsequently you will LOSE EVERYTHING IN YOUR PC and the person who sent it to you will gain access to your name, email and password.

    This is a new virus which started to circulate on Saturday afternoon. WE NEED TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO STOP THIS VIRUS.

    UOL has already confirmed its dangerousness, and the antivirus Softs are not capable of destroying it. The virus has been created by a hacker who calls himself "life owner", and who aims to destroying domestic PCs and who also fights Microsoft in court!

    Are you using Windows Xp? If so you can download a plug-in that will resize pictures. If you use a different OS let me know what it is and I'll post a program to resize pics.

     

    In case you are using XP here is what you need.

    Once you install it you just right click on the image you want to resize and there will be an option to resize the pic to whatever you want.
