  1. 1989 Banshee stock 26mm Carburetors, just rebuilt with the Moose carburator kit. Includes:

    Moose anodized Blue carburetor caps

Braided stainless steel cables with clear plastic protective cover.

Carburetors are drilled and taped for the idle screws.

Cables are set up for thumb throttle Banshee's.

They were jetted for Banshee which had Clamp On Air Filters and no pipes or head at 1,500ft.

I am not sure how much they are worth but I will take the best offer if you need new jets for if you have pipes or something I will take of 3 dollars so you can get new jets.

  2. IMO doing the suspension before the engine is the way to go. My engine was complete stock, the first thing I did was 2"+1" A-Arms and 2"+2" Axle and Works Dual Rate Shocks.. Well worth the money made a HUGE difference with the way it rode and handled.. It feels a lot more stable, I can take sharp turns at twice the speed I could with the stock setup. Tires make a big difference as well.. At least over stock.

  3. O and the bottomless money pit thing, there not joking about that i couldn't tell you how much I've sunk into mine so far and it's not over yet.

Banshee's are bottomless money pits it is true, its like insurance you keep pouring money into it... But unlike paying for insurance I definitely say its worth poring money into.. Every time I put money into mine It turns out better than it was before.

  4. hm, my Banshee is planned to be done by the beginning of October, I would definitely like to head out there around Halloween. I am sure the weather will be a lot cooler by then.. 90% sure ill be out there on Halloween I hope to see you all out then!

  5. T.O.R.S. is the Throttle Override System, they shut off the Banshee in case of the carburetor slides sticking open. Sounds like a good idea but the problem is that sometimes it shuts off the Banshee when nothing is actually wrong. Its just one more thing that could cause problems. Basically the main part of the system is the stock carb caps, you just take that off and replace it with a tors removal kit and snip a few other wires.

  6. I like my Holeshot HD's a lot, the HD's although heavier than the other Holeshots last a very long time and are one of the best gripping tires out there. So far I have found that the best way to keep the Banshee cool is to ride at a good pace. The Banshee just doesn't like going slow in hot weather, but even when I do go slow when its hot out I never get more than a little bit of steam out of the radiator hose. You definitely chose well, I am glad you didn't get a 4poke. Now all you have to do is get rid of your air box and get some clamp ons, get a T.O.R.S removal kit, and remove the radiator overflow bottle and mounting plate.lol

  7. Hm, there shouldn't be any issues with 98's. Everything after 1991 (i think, could have been 1992) are almost completely identical. The skid plates depend on what kind of terrain you ride on If its on sand (like Glamis) then you don't really need any skid plates. If its on fire roads or fields with not many rocks or things sticking out of the ground then probably the swing arm skid plate and maybe the A-Arm skid plates. If its very rocky terrain or terrain with a lot of roots and whatnot sticking out then you would probably need the A-Arm Swing arm and full skid plates. I ride mostly sand and fire roads, I only have the stock swing arm skid plate I bang the crap out of that skid plate and I haven't had any problems (I just take it off every couple rides and hammer it back into shape). The bottom of my frame is scratched up but there are no dents on the frame and my A-Arms have no scratches or dents.

  8. Hm, I think the only thing you really need to check is the compression.. Maybe the clutch as well, but once you get it as long as the clutch isn't slipping it should be fine. If you bought it from a dealer all those should be fine I would think. Banshee-Idus, is when you get a Banshee and you decide to start getting new parts or porting it.. It's like what happened to me a few weeks ago, I brought my Banshee to my engine builder to JUST do a new top end, but by the end of the day talking with him and seeing his I went from just a top end to a drag port, head milled, lightened flywheel, bigger carbs, pipes, etc. Banshees are like a bottomless pit were your money falls into and keeps falling into.

  9. Hmm, sounds like a pretty good deal. What kind of Toomey's did you get (T5's or T4's)? What size domes are in your cool head? Oh, please don't type in red.. It is very hard to read on the dark background. Have you ever had a Banshee or ridden a Banshee before?

I am sorry to inform you but, you now have Banshee-idus.

  10. I have a tusk clutch kit that I am selling if you want it, it is out of its packaging. I put it in my Banshee but then I had electrical problems so I never got to use it, but now that I am getting my Banshee ported and everything I am going to put an R6 clutch in it so I have no use for it.

  11. Yeah, I definitely have to re-polish the clutch case, bumper, grill, and nerfs, there all starting to get hazy. So far all good ideas, I was also thinking maybe a new seat cover. I really like XxMeltIcexX's seat cover. The pipes are coming soon, some nice T4's. I just media blasted the cylinder heads, I am going to keep them bare for added cooling. I almost want to make it look more stock, kinda sleeper style, but I don't want to get rid of all my nice parts lol. bikepics-922536-full.jpg.

  12. I currently have a bunch of performance upgrades in the works (all in my sig), and I would like to improve the way my Banshee looks to go with the performance upgrades. I posted some pictures below, that is how my Banshee looks rite now. If anyone has any cool ideas let me know, I would like to hear everyones ideas.

Just to let you know I put in a criminal claim with paypal. I also work with a guy in my department that specializes in fraud over the internet. He is now in the process of working with paypal to find out where and whom claimed the money payouts with paypal. He also is tracking this email address to locate you. Don't be surprised if your local police department comes knocking on your door. I definitely will take this as far as I can to have you prosecuted. Either give the people their parts or refund their money its that easy.
