  1. I run a -2 swing arm and love it over stock but a bigger tire size will rub against it when suspensionis compressed.  However if I was to do it again I would go with a -1.

Nerf bars, skid plates, hyper beedlock wheels are all a must.

Ive ran diff pipes and the Toomey T5s are still my fav for woods.

    Good luck with your build

  2. Yes, another option would be to buy a pair of nerf bars with pegs and no heel guards.  That's not the issue.  Im trying to figure out from anyone who is running a banshee with no heel guards?  I know a lot of guys racing with just pegs, so wouldn't this be the same thing?

Anyone out there who is running just pegs, have you had any problems?  Who knows maybe its better, lol.

    Thanks

  3. I have a -2 swingarm and AC Pro Peg Nerf Bars with Heel guards.  I have to run a very small rear tire to help avoid the rear tire rubbing against the heel guards.

I have a hair scramble coming up in about a week.  I want to run 23 inch tires in front and 22 inch tires in the rear.  There is no way I can run a 22 inch tire in the rear with AC Pro peg nerf bars with heel guards.  I'm thinking of cutting the heel guard protection off.

Wondering if anyone runs there Banshee with no heel guard protection and how they like it?  I know Ive seen pics of guys with nerf bars and no heel guard protection.  Is it a bad idea or does it work?

Please don't reply unless you really know because I will have zero time to test it.  I will be cutting the bars the day before the race.

If anyone has pics please send to petervolpejr@Hotmail.com

    thanks in advance,

    Peter
