170 psi is not to much in my opinion, however you should be running 50.50 atleast . Im running 220ish psi and im running straight 112octane .

god damn i have had a similar case with a thumb throttle tho ... Had the carb side of the throttle cable come out of the little metal thing and increase my throttle to about 3/4ths open if not full throttle , i had 100 yards to a canal infront of me and 5 feet to the canal on my right . I barely was able to reach the off switch , and i heard my bike over revving like a mother fucker.... thank god i didnt blow the bike probly one of the most scarriest things that has happend to me on my banshee besides loosing a tire at 50 .......

i beg to differ, SURE fmf's are not the best overall pipe to run .... However i have rode some KILLER stock stroke bikes with porting and head work with fmfs . and i swear to this day its one of the faster bikes ive rode ( excluding strokers and big motors ) . SURE the bike could perform better with " better " pipes but i still think for the money fmf's are not a bad choice.

People need to understand , everyone has a differnt view for every situation. Some may not see eye to eye or have the same beliefs , but we are not out there to fight or hurt anyone . Part is at the shop with my banshee , it came off it . The part honestly was used about 1 -3 hours MAX of riding time ! I was told by my builder you cant run this pressure plate with lock out clutchs , and that is why i wasnt able to ever fully pull the clutch lever all the way back .
