    hey man , i dont know why no one said this yet but do you have the powerband elimination kit? it comes with the fmf pipe sets , i have it on my bike and it runs pretty cruddy.... :shrug:

    mine did this too , what i did was tear open the bowls and clean everything out--- and the barrel that the float needle ( not sure on its exact name)floated in, its just a lil gold thing , it had some burrs in it causing it to stick and let gas flow out , i just sanded it down and put it back in and it worked fine ...
