    Check the oring on the neck that comes throught the case before you do the pump seal, make sure it isnt ripped

  2. Hey guys I got a question about K&N pod filters rubbing on the exhaust stinger. This Banshee has 34mm PJ's, a big ol' ModQuad billet intake, K&N pods with the angled boots and FMF Fatty pipes. The right sides pod clears the stinger pipe by a good 1/2 inch, but the left side's pod is just barely touching the exhaust stinger, touching enough that It is going to melt the Outerwear and possibly damage the pod filter too. So what do I need to do in a situation like this ? Thanks for hearin' me out....

    Zip tie them together homie, used to do it all the time, can reuse it when you clean em works great.

  3. The OP asked for feedback and I'm providing my opinion based on some of the experience listed below.

     

    I gave Greg more than enough opportunities to fix his shit. He didn't and I had to correct the problems myself.

     

    Not a fan at all of his POS 1-4 and a 1-6. I don't know what's worse, his customer service/lies or his transmissions.

     

    #1 trans 1-6, didn't hold up to the first launch. #2 trans 1-6 would shift into 4th gear. #3 trans 1-6 would go into 4th gear. He ask me how many runs was on it and I stated 4 and told him I was leaving for the Wicked Race. He said it would be fine, but he would build me a back up #4 trans 1-4.

     

    Hauled it 2,300 miles back East. Put 3 more runs on #3 trans 1-6 and it wouldn't shift into 4th. So, Skip and I decide to put in trans #4 1-4. Should have known better another POS. We used some backyard machining and fixed the problem. I forgot he was supposed to call us back to help us figure out the problem with #4. Guess what, 2 years later and still no phone call. LOL

     

    Anyway, Trans #4 is still working, but no thanks to WCR.

     

    Now, for trans #3 that wouldn't shift into 4th. I did some machine work and got it to shift into 4th. We found another problem with #3 trans it eats the front single shift fork in about 20 runs. So, with around 30 total runs on #3 trans 1-6 his transmissions are still a POS.

     

    This is how we ride our quad at the track. We push it everywhere with a 150cc scooter. It gets pushed to start line, we make a full throttle run, it come to a complete stop/shut the motor off, down shifted and finally pushed back to the pits.

     

    I had zero problems with my 1st override and made 400+ 1/4 runs before it wore out. Plus we didn't have to push it everywhere.

  4. If you cant tell by now the boys on here that REALLY know wont touch Trinity... Sorry its SHIT! I know from experierance they r shit..... Nuf said send youre stocker to Fast, K&T, Lynn someone who knows what they are doin. The list on here is endless of really quality builders. save youreself some headache and heartache!   6. for primer I like to use a good epoxy primer for high build 2K works but most of the time you have to use alot of reducer ore use a gun with a big needle like 1.9 or above. I have used glazing putty in the past for deep scratches and haven't seen any problems yet just make sure its really clean

    x2 and Ive never had a prob with Dupont, ever...

Plus 7 out the front Lonestar frame Custom painted, fireball red flake, custom leather seat, Painted plastic need redone and new tank cover, PVL,565 TRex override trans i belive 2 thru4, 41mm alky mikunies, plus 12 swinger 12 paddle triple buffs, (in great shape) Custom cut rims all 4 smoothies on the front. have seen this bike run consistantly in the 3s at 300 ft. Asking 7500, will consider serious offers. PM me Ill get pics and more info if needed.Im missing a lot of stuff doin it off the top of my head

  8. LOL you know I will. THis is where my heart is. Spent some time on the other sites trying to build this thing. They all dont even come close to the peps here. HQ is still my home. That is if im still welcome riding a HONDA.

    LOL MNYC I have a 05 trx for a rider so dont sweat it. Hill climbing MOFO!!! i love it for a rider. The shee still rocks though especially on alky!!!
