    I got some fatty's with silencers I'll sell you for 325-350 shipped depending on shipping (chrome thats a little beat up, mainly on the inside of the pipes that you dont see, but the one on the outside its got a nice scratch on it), and then I have a set of painted gnarly's that I'd sell you with the silencers for 300-325.

     

    I've got pics on here somewhere of them, let me find them and I'll post them. The painted gnarly's are in great shape.

    The grarlys are chrome and the fattys are painted

     

    Aren't gnarlys a higher revving pipe than fattys??

     

    does this change your price on the fattys by chance??

     

    I will let you know soon when i make a decision which pipes i wanna get, looking at about five sets!!

     

     

    ps. Thanks for the offer with regard to the shipping things over for me, realy appreciate it, I will probably be buying some bits and pieces fairly soon so i may just take you up on it.

  6. Can't get float bowl screws off carb

    leave the carbs in direct sunlight for an hour or so after you put wd40 on the screws

     

    a flameless heat gun works best, just dont have any fuel in them, hold the heat gun way back so you cant light them up and just make them hot enough so that you can still touch them so you dont fry any rubber or plastic bits

     

    if you do end up breaking the heads off it is probably a job for your local machine shop to drill them out

     

    if you strip the thread in the holes in the carby you can buy a rethreader kit by RECOIL or something similar and drill, tap the holes to suit.

    i dont know how much shipping is but if you got some pipes to sell let me know and i will buy the best ones i can get for the money

    i didnt realize he had just posted it, for all i knew the offer to nyuk could have been there for 3 days.

    heres the thing its water cooled

     

    1981 rd 350

    water cooled

    6 speed

    twin mikuni 22 mm carbs

    looks same in every detail as the later model ones

    water cooled alloy cylinders (look different to banshee and would polish up VERY well)

     

    i will try to get some photos

     

    cheap is 100 bucks aus so about 75 us
