  1. I've seen them run on the carrier. I don't know how big your guys' stickers are, but in CA they just need to be visible from the rear. You could probably see if JD makes a billet sticker mount?

I was going to suggest the custom mount also, like a license plate. Stickers are about 3"x4".

  2. Alright i have two sets of plastics that i run, one setup is for dunes, and other is for trails. Wondering where would be the best place to put the orv and still have it be visible and legal. Keep in mind i live in michgan, so at silver lake it will deffinetly be looked at. Is there anywhere i can put it that it would be legal besides the rear fender?

    Thanks

Guess it would depend on the officer who nails you an how much of a dik he wants to be. I use to run mine on the back of the airbox.

  3. I would like to know what makes those Namura pitons "high compresion", they look just like the stock pistons to me. They probably call them that becuase your compression goes up when you bore it and install them and end up with a better ring seal. I always thought you could not get high compression pistons for a 2 stroke because when you start changing the piston top to get high compression, you fuck up the port timing in a 2 stroke.

Side by side comparison their the same as Vitos power pistons. But the vitos dont break like Namuras do.

  4. The first banshee I owned several years ago I put a twist throttle on an within 2 hours i was laid up with a busted up ankle. Them things are not for me on a banshee.

Good thing you ok an hope your frame isnt tweeked, ride on ride safe.

  5. Not true. Wrong side will fit if it's put in backwards too. It's not an uncommon mistake, it happens and makes the engine run like shit and especially hard to adjust at low speeds.

If you look into the throat of the carbs with the air filter removed, the bottom edge of the slides facing you should be "cut off", not flat-bottom cylinders. This is why I said to get he Clymer's manual for the banshee. The pics will show you what to look for and walk you through step-by-step if you need to disassemble/reassemble anything.

Rite, I forgot some people dont know the cut away goes to the air box
