  1. I honestly do not remember off the top of my head. Ill do it again tomorrow and get back to you. Thanks for the help!
  2. Man. I did that numerous times including again today and still shows that there is resistance on the ohm meter to the specified current in the manual. I even took the entire harness out of the frame today and checked any wires for wear and tear and checked the connections once again. Any other steps I can take now?
  3. No the flywheel doesn't sound like a baby rattle so that is ruled out I am just out of thoughts about what to do.
  4. Well guys I figured out what the deal was and it is running like a champ! I swapped out another set of carbs off of my other bike and bam fixed. So it must be something to do with that left side carb. Just wanted to thank everyone for their help! It was a huge help!
  5. Would I have to pull the flywheel off to check that or is that the connection in the middle of the bike? I believe that it is the connection that goes to the stator but I could be wrong.
  6. referring to the kill switch on the bars or the actual on off key switch? How would I go about checking either or both? Checked already with an ohm meter and checked out fine.
  7. Yes there is nothing left on the bike that has to do with that. The bike has ran great and was put away running awesome. Just all of a sudden it has absolutely no spark.
  8. What is the easiest and most effective way to test for any air leaks? And what are the most common places to test for them?
  9. Forgot to mention that I have done that a couple times already. replaced the jets and took the carbs apart and vigorously cleaned them... I have done a lot of things that I thought it could be and still no result. Thanks for the comment tho maybe ill try it again .
  10. I have a slight problem. I think that I know what the problem is but have not idea how to fix it. The left side cylinder(opposite the kick start, the choke side) is not firing. The cylinder is getting spark, but seems like it does not get any fuel to actually make the cylinder fire. When a new plug is put in and ran it looks like new when pulled back out. But when I pull out the choke about a quarter of the way out the cylinder starts to fire like it should, but then when the choke is released the cylinder quits firing. If you guys have any ideas about what I could check/repair then it would be greatly appreciated!
  11. Alright guys I need some help. I have recently pulled the bikes out of the garage to start to get them into condition to use this year. I put them away running in perfect condition and now one of them has absolutely no spark. I have spent about 15 total hours on the bike in the past two days reading forums and the manual. Have tested every connection atleast twice and cleaned all connections. The stator was replaced about a year and a half ago and has only 5 rides on it and the spark plug coil and unit itself was replaced at the same time. I have checked the gap in the pick up coil, which is fine, and have replaced the spark plugs with new ones. I have also checked all grounds. The TORS unit is removed. If anyone can think of anything else to check other than what I already have then please give me a shout, as I am fresh out of ideas. Thanks!
