bansheejoel Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 ive been doing some research on the site and it seems like not to many people are fans of the rad valve...why? i just picked up a set (used) for cheap and they will be needing new reeds so i was wondering if it would be worth buying new reeds or not other than one bad reed they are mint, but if they are shit i wont spend the $80 on the new reeds for them...thanks Quote

00tbanshee Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 port the stockers will work but i had a set of boyseen rad valve cages couple years ago that was ported.you have to do a good bit of work to them but they worked great with stock carbs but with larger carbs would go with vf3's Quote
