i just bought a banshee that had a twist throttle. it has the top tor things on top of the carbs.but they r disconnected . i switched the cables and put a thumb throttle on. i started it and it idles high and then i push the gas and shee pops and sputters help please!!!do i need to sync the carbs better i thought i had them pretty close i know theyre off a lil bit.

Carb synch is very important. You can try to get them close by feeling the slides and making sure they open and close the same amount at the same time. The only real way to do it is to use a synch tool though. You will never get them right on without one.

Do you have the slides in the right carbs and make sure the choke tube is connected between the two as well.

Otherwise, you have to unplug ALL the TORS connections.
