I just put a shaved head on my banshee, and advanced the timing +3 now its running hot. Do i need to rejet or what. Thanks.

Did you change your fuel to a higher grade?

How do you know it's over heating? Is it spewing anti-freeze? Do you have a temp gauge? How did you come to the idea that it was overheating? Getting a better idea of your situation will help us out. Advancing the timing and bumping up the compression shouldn't require you to re-jet. You may need to run a higher octane depending on how much the head is shaved. Do you have any idea what compression you have?

The head is shaved 30 thous. and it starting spewing coolant out.

Where is it spewing? The overflow above the right pipe?

Sometimes this spewing is caused because of the location of coolant bottle on the banshees. I know that mine spewed whenever I would climb hills. I did relocate it to the front of the quad and it stopped. I'm not sure if this is your problem or not. I personally don't have any experience with advancing the timing or the milled head. Maybe someone else can chime in...

Not sure where but it starts when I ride it for about 10 minutes.

You need to do a compression check, find out what it is and let us know. Its very important to know this, I am not sure what 30 thousands will do as far as compresion but better safe than sorry. You can also do a leak test on your cooling system to see if you have a small leak (maybe into your head).
