NitroTate Posted February 26, 2008 Report Posted February 26, 2008 (edited) Ok so here's my shop, it's not perfect but it works very well and I can turn out some very nice work. I'm a penny pincher like my father so I pretty much build all my own stuff from scratch... Here's the oven you can see my newly built rail system for heavy items above: Here's the oven with the rail system and my banshee hanging in it: Rail system collapsed so the door can shut: Rail system released so you can see the part that spans accross: Rail system fully extended to allow the trolley to move accross: Frame outside the oven: Closeup of the trolley inside oven: My small PC booth and blasting cabinet: Closeup of blasting cabinet: Closeup of PC booth, I used a house filter with a cheapo walmart box fan behind it, it creats a perfect amount of airflow for me: Edited February 26, 2008 by NitroTate Quote

Heat duct tape: 2 rolls at $8? Cement board for the base: $7 Mineral wool: $60 but had a bunch of extra Oven: FREE Craigslist biggrin.gif Quote

LOL No you will love watching the process, it's amazing to see what happens. When you look at it before it's baked you think, "there's no way that will turn out smooth and glossy like paint" but then as you watch it melt and come to life you'll be amazed! That's why PC is so addicting! Edited February 26, 2008 by NitroTate Quote
