2. port job

3. advanced timing

4. higher compression

5. bigger carbs

6. case porting

7. flywheel lightening

8. straight cut gears

9. clutch lock out

10. big bore kit

think thats it for now........thanks for the help.....searching for all this is so time comsuming and tiring ad still no solid answers

sounds to me like your building a damn good solid pulling motor.

the porting makes your power, all the other stuff is just good to have. same idea as what im doing but without the lockup and bore kit.

There's no dought that engine is going to pull your arms off...

But it depends on the gearing but it's goin to have a lot of low end to, it

depends on what kind of port job you get to know how much.

One thing for sure it's going to be a blast to ride!!!!!!!

The 4mil stroker will help a little with bottom end but what is really going to define how your motor pulls is going to be what kind of porting you get done. A good engine builder will be able tailor the porting to the type of riding you do. Give Jeff at F.A.S.T. Racing a call, he does porting and can hook you up with everything you need:

You are wasting you money on straight cuts for a 4 mil motor....unless you came up with a STEAL on a used set of gears. You don't need them.

And it will depend on your porting, pipes, intakes, carb size, compression, timing advance, gearing, tire size....etc....

You won't need a lockout for that motor either.

Unless you plan on drag racing 90% of the time, don't get a lockout. And if you get a lockout, get a dunable override.... Once you start pushing good power (75HP plus) you need shifting help....stock trannys don't handle it well....

so is the 4mill is a good idea to do since i do alot of trail ridding??? what about a big bore kit and how big is too big and/or unreliable for open trails and mx track??

Whats up man, where do you ride in jersey..

I ride some jersey spots..

I got my motor ported and some other little things to go with it and it pulls really hard..

Its alot of fun and perfect for trails and whatever else you wanna do..

Plenty of power for hills also..

Get youself a got port job, bump ya compression, advance the timing, some reeds and you will be goood to go..
