I have works dual rate remote reservoir shocks on my Banshee that I bought less than a year ago for mxing. When I got home today after a day of rding I noticed that one of my springs is rubbing against the shock absorber. Could I have bent the shock or is there a way to fix my problem?

post a pic of the problem that will help us help you...is it the shaft that it is rubbing on??? if so i would say it would have to be bent.

I can't figure out how to post the pic b/c it is bigger than 50k, but the spring is rubbing against the shaft.

get a photobucket account and download your pics there then click the image tag and paste it over here. if the shaft was bent you should be able to tell pretty easily. i bent some stockers and they were very obvious even though it was a small bend.

i would say as long as it is not binding then you should be fine. it doesnt look that bad to me, i have seen that happen before.

The problem is that it is rubbing hard enough that it slows the recoil of the shock.
