Did you bent the lock washer tabs out of the way?

Yeah i bent it out of the way but this is impossible. I am using a 32mm socket with a two foot breaker and i still cant get it to move. Whats the best way to keep the sprocket from turning?

if you dont have access to an impact gun and your motor is in the frame. put the chain back on and have someone hold the rear brake. this should keep the sproket from spinning. that way you can either get some leverage with the braker bar or hit the bar with a hammer to jar it loose

yea they are very handy! i need to save the money and get a nice big air compressior and buy some air tools.

Sears is having a sell on their tools....a 26 gallon compressor, 160 max psi with a imact wrench and air ratchet and hose and stuff is $280......think I may go get one in the morning

just curious but isnt the sprocket a 33mm socket, same as the clutch nut as well?
