BellicoseBanshee Posted September 2, 2007 Report Posted September 2, 2007 mine surprised me when i took the stator cover off and water poured out. it was probably half full. surprisingly it ran fine like that :shrug: Was it wet from washing, or did you run it through water? How bad was the corrosion and rust? Too bad the stator cover does not have a drain screw on the bottom, that would make life much easier. I would still be worried about corrosion, though. Quote
