Hi my name is Eric. This is my firt post on here. I just bought a 04 with a 4 mill stroker t5's, a cool head and a 2 into 1. It would only get rode about 4 times a year from the guy before me. When I bought the bike it ideled real low. Now it does not idel at all. I turned the screw it does not do anything. any advise?

Did you turn the air screw or the idle screw??

what carb is on it?

kehien 35 mil flat slid. I turned the idel screw but no change at all. Thanks for the replys I will check the jets and make sure they are not cloged.

also the bike runs fine above idel it just will not idel.

Well jou should be able to adjust the cable don so there is slack in it, then adjust the idle with the screw. Was the screw you were turning a brass color?

He said up a few post that he turned the Idle screw.

 

Holy shit :blink: , I caught that. But I think he was turning the air screw, that why I asked him to describe it.

is the air screw brass colored and the idle screw has the spring on it right?

im going through the same thing right now?

what carb do you have? pwk 35mm? Usually the idle screw will have a spring or a jam nut, and the air screw is brass colored and recessed into the carb body.
